1.  YLEISTÄ

1.1. Kelluvamatto.com – verkkokaupasta vastaa Archipelago Sports Oy (jäljempänä "Palvelun tarjoaja"). Ostaessaan tuotteita verkkokaupasta Verkkokaupan käyttäjät (jäljempänä ”Käyttäjä”) sitoutuvat asioimaan verkkokaupassa lain ja näiden käyttöehtojen mukaisesti. Alle 18-vuotiailta on kielletty tilauksen maksaminen luottokortilla.

1.2. Palvelun sisällön kaikki oikeudet kuuluvat Palvelun tarjoajalle. 

2.  MUUTOKSET EHTOIHIN

2.1. Palvelun tarjoajalla on oikeus milloin tahansa tehdä muutoksia Palveluun.

2.2. Palvelun tarjoajalla on oikeus muuttaa yksipuolisesti tämän käyttäjäsopimuksen ehtoja ilmoittamalla asiasta sähköpostilla, kirjallisesti tai Palvelun välityksellä Käyttäjälle. Käyttäjä hyväksyy muutokset palvelua käyttäessään. 

3.  KÄYTTÄJIEN VASTUU JA VELVOLLISUUS

3.1. Käyttäjä vastaa kaikesta käyttäjätunnuksellaan ja salasanallaan tapahtuvasta käytöstä, ja siitä, että käyttö noudattaa tämän sopimuksen ehtoja. Käyttäjä on vastuussa salasanan salassapidosta.

3.2. Käyttäjä sitoutuu käyttämään Palvelua vain lain ja hyvän tavan mukaisiin tarkoituksiin. Käyttäjä sitoutuu olemaan lähettämättä tai välittämättä Palvelussa materiaalia, joka on lain ja hyvän tavan vastaista, yllyttää tällaiseen toimintaan tai edistää sitä. 

4.  RIITOJEN RATKAISU

Tätä sopimusta koskevat riitaisuudet ratkaistaan Turun käräjäoikeudessa Suomen lainsäädännön mukaan.

1.1. Archipelago Sports Oy (hereinafter the "Service Provider") is responsible for the Kelluvamatto.com online store. When purchasing products from the online store, the users of the online store (hereinafter “User”) undertake to do business in the online store in accordance with the law and these terms of use. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to pay for the order with a credit card.

1.2. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider.

2. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

2.1. The Service Provider has the right to make changes to the Service at any time.

2.2. The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this user agreement by notifying the User by e-mail, in writing or through the Service. The user accepts the changes when using the service.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

3.1. You are responsible for all use of your username and password, and for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of this Agreement. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password.

3.2. The User undertakes to use the Service only for purposes in accordance with the law and good manners. You agree not to post or transmit on the Service any material that is against the law or good manners, incites or promotes such activity.

4. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Disputes concerning this agreement will be resolved in the Turku District Court in accordance with Finnish law.
